Display and Configuration
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 32GB comes with a 5.5-inch IPS LCD full HD (1,080 x 1,920 pixels) display with a pixel density of 401ppi. This Xiaomi device derives its strength from a Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 650 hexa- core processor (two 1.8GHz ARM Cortex A72 + four 1.2GHz ARM Cortex A53) seated on Mediatek MT6795 Chipset. The processor is ably supported by 3GB RAM which ensures that users get a seamless performance while gaming and multitasking.
Camera and Storage
The Chinese brand is stacked with an super awesome 16MP main camera with two-tone dual-LED flash and a 5-megapixel f/2.0 front camera – with a plethora of customisations options. Both the cameras capture good light and produce true to life colours, but results produced in natural sunlight are far more detailed than the ones produced indoors in soft-light environments. The camera also include AF Phase Detection, Auto Flash, Continuos Shooting, Exposure compensation, Face detection, Geo tagging, High Dynamic Range mode (HDR), ISO control and Touch to focus features.
The Redmi Note 3 32GB is a variant of Redmi Note 2 16GB which gives users more storage capacity; however this too doesn’t include the expandable memory feature.
Battery and Connectivity
Like its other sibling, the Redmi Note 3 32GB also derives its energy from a 4,000mAh li-polymer battery which is non-removable in nature and OTG feature remains common between the two. The device is compatible to support a wide range of connectivity features which include 4G, GPRS, Wi-Fi 802.11, Mobile Hotspot and computer sync among others. The special mention goes to presence of fingerprint sensor which gives more security to your personal data. The Redmi Note 3 has a hybrid dual-SIM tray. In other words, the SIM tray in the Redmi Note 3 can either support two SIM cards at once or one SIM and a microSD card card.
The Redmi Note 3 32GB has all the features and the specifications of a powerful budget phone. The cameras and the battery life are the major highlights. If you are willing to ignore the absence of expandable memory then this is worth going for.
